BIA attends VEX VRC Robotics Competition at PDC, but not as a competitor

The Mayor is attending the VEX VRC (Metal Robots for MS and HS) Robotics Competition where he will be recognizing the Baltimore City teams who have qualified for the State Championship. BIA will not be competing but will attend the opening ceremony and will practice.
